I completed graduate school in 2013 at CBU, Jabs School of Business. My pursuit has always been to help people “do great things!” I have over 13 years teaching and training adult learners, mentoring new teachers, and training professional educators to build and launch their courses. I speak at educational institution events on topics that promote e-Learning and inspire others to explore new teaching methods.

Certified Instructional Designer, Trainer

As a seasoned business professional, state credentialed teacher, supervisor of adult education programs, and certified instructional designer I help instructors and business entrepreneurs turn their work experience into a digital product to share their knowledge with others. I collaborate with clients to help them visualize and structure their content and map out effective digital training courses, training content, and training programs (among other businessy stuff). I also build and help my clients launch their courses, all the while stepping into that mentorship role that fulfills my passion of help people “Do great things!”.

I meet with clients and guide them in applying proven methods for researching, planning, and creating effective training for their specific target audience.

You are never too early in your business to begin sharing your experience with others. In fact, I came up with some of my greatest training processes while I was at the heart of launching my own brick-and-mortar business. I used these training processes to train employees in best practices and systems that worked well for my business. Now, others are using the same training process in their businesses! Business is my background, course creation is my specialty, but consulting is my heart! I want to work with you and help you implement effective, efficient systems that enable your business to run like a self-sustaining machine.
